PCAARRD Conducts Knowledge Session on Event Management 2

A follow-up training entitled "Knowledge Session on Event Management II" was recently conducted by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources (PCAARRD) to equip their participants with knowledge on the global standards of the event management process. The training  will hone the participants with planning and coordination skills which will come handy in the implementation of future FIESTA (Farm-Industry Encounter through the Science and Technology Agenda) events such as the DARAG FIESTA scheduled in January 2015.

Focal persons for the Darag Native Chicken ISP namely Dr. Helen G. Genandoy and Ms. Celma G. Casiple were invited to participate in the said training where they learned risk management, event professionalism and personality development (corporate power dressing, etiquette and business manners, and national and international protocol). For their training output, the participants developed an event management plan and structure for DARAG FIESTA.
